Successful opposition for Mitsibushi Gas Chemical, revoking patent of Agere where the client was facing the prospect of very large licensing costs under that patent for products, which it had already used resources researching.

Examination award-Recipient of the 2003 Michael Jones Prize for the candidate with the highest mark for patent amendment.

On a personal note...

Russell is a judo- black belt and has a keen interest in architecture and urban design.
