Terri Pettifer-Eagles is Head of HR & Administration.
Terri is passionate about collaborating across the Firm; fostering an environment in which people contribute, innovate and excel. We treat our people, providers and clients with professionalism, dignity and respect attracting and developing the people we need to deliver business success. Embedding an inclusive culture that values the diverse needs of individuals and their work-life needs.
Starting her working life in sales and retail Terri found her way into HR whilst working with a utility business as a consultant. With a background in Business Psychology Terri has worked with and for a number of corporate and professional service businesses in both specialist and generalist HR roles, such as OD, Management Development and HR Director.
Notable successes include growing a UK based laboratory business to be one of the largest testing laboratories in the US. Being part of a National Training award winning team delivering an innovative Safety programme with Tata Steel, reducing fatalities and changing attitudes in the workplace. Designing and delivering a first line management training programme for a global distribution business, delivering processes improvements and significant cost savings over the life-time of the programme.
Heading the HR team of a leading London based professional services firm, responsible for delivering year on year improved ranking in the ‘Times Top 100’ Best Companies to work for award.
After completing an MSc in Occupational Psychology Terri now enjoys putting this to use assisting senior management teams in delivering business change to meet strategic objectives.
Terri enjoys good food, wine and friends which means she needs to ‘move’ – right now that includes exercising a sprightly springer spaniel, yoga and personal training sessions (Boxercise).
