Education & background

In her previous role at BDO LLP, she coordinated and delivered the firm’s strategic framework working across business streams to ensure identification and delivery of priorities. Zoe’s relationship with BDO began in 2002, before becoming Operations Director of Audit at BDO LLP in 2009 to ensure cost effective operations by managing service delivery across administration, client service, HR, IT, project and support processes.

In 2015, Zoe graduated from Warwick Business School after obtaining a distinction in her MBA.

Zoe leverages her deep knowledge of strategic business models across diverse organisational complexities to achieve business alignment and realise optimal results. At BDO, this included the creation of a strategic framework that set a compelling proposition for key stakeholders on future success.

Zoe is passionate about developing others, obtaining a coaching qualification from the Internal Coaching Federation in 2006.  As a Senior Leader, Zoe coaches and mentors cross-functional business leaders to elevate their thinking, drive personal growth and ensure long-term success while nurturing collaborative stakeholder relationships up to board level to clearly communicate and win buy-in to future organisational goals.

Zoe is also Non-Executive Director on the board of Nelson Croom, being appointed in July 2019.

On a personal note...

In her spare time Zoe is learning to fly and on a sunny day can be found in the skies above the Essex countryside.  Zoe enjoys spending time with her family watching her boys play cricket or rugby and walking their dog Basil.
