Mariana is a qualified Portuguese and Brazilian attorney at law. She has gathered experience in all aspects of managing trade mark portfolios including research, filing and prosecution. Mariana has also worked within general litigation departments, drafting and negotiating contracts and providing strategic consulting.
Mariana works with a wide range of clients helping them to manage the portfolios of large corporations.
Education & background
Mariana studied at the University of Fortaleza in Brazil. During her time at university, she worked as a student researcher at the Group of Studies in Cultural Rights and completed internships at both at the Court of Justice of the State of Ceará, and three law firms. Mariana also completed an MBA in Management and Business Law at FGV.
