Welcoming you onboard

From day one, our tailored induction process is structured to help you settle in quickly and begin contributing confidently in your new role. You’ll have a knowledgeable, dedicated buddy to provide informal support, help you navigate your first few weeks and answer any questions you have.

And at our Group Induction Day, you’ll get an opportunity to meet colleagues from across Withers & Rogers in a welcoming environment where we’ll help you get a deeper understanding of our values, systems and culture.

Ongoing professional development

Your development doesn’t stop after induction. Supported by your manager, we encourage you to lead your own progression, offering opportunities across skills, professional or academic qualifications and management training. And our internal mentoring programme is available to anyone who wants to participate.

Professional membership

We actively encourage and support professional membership and accreditation relevant to your role. We offer financial support to help you obtain and retain membership in relevant professional organisations. Many of these memberships require a minimum level of professional development – and we support this by offering a range of training opportunities.
