Angela is a general chemist and an active member of our Cosmetics group. She has experience with a wide variety of chemical inventions. She has particular expertise in the areas of process chemistry, electrochemistry, polymers, food chemistry, and formulation chemistry. Angela has worked with a wide range of clients, including large multi-national companies, SMEs, lone inventors and local universities.
Education & background
Angela studied Chemistry at the University of Oxford, graduating in 2024 with a First class Master’s degree. She was also awarded the Kristina Witt Prize for her Master’s project, culminating in a thesis titled “Investigating Leukaemia Microenvironments using Native Mass Spectrometry.” She also undertook a supplementary course in quantum mechanics.
Since joining the firm, Angela has become a UK part-qualified patent attorney, having completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property at Bournemouth University.
On a personal note…
Outside of work, Angela is a keen badminton and netball player. She is also an enthusiastic home cook who enjoys experimenting with new recipes.
