Callum Watson is a trainee patent attorney in our Advanced Engineering Group.
Education & background
Callum has a first-class MEng Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Birmingham and previously worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer for several years in the additive manufacturing and renewable energy sectors.
Since joining the profession, Callum has worked with a wide range of clients from individual inventors to large multinational companies. He has experience drafting and prosecuting patents in a variety of technology areas ranging from complex mechanical inventions to consumer goods.
On a personal note…
Outside of work, Callum enjoys spending quality time with his two young children. When he gets the chance, he likes playing hockey and going for a run, as well as attempting to make things using his 3D printer.
