Lucy is a patent attorney within the Electronics, Computing and Physics group. She has experience in prosecuting applications in the UK and Europe. Lucy has worked with clients in a broad range of sectors including software and machine learning algorithms, medical devices, semi-conductor devices and telecommunications.
Education & background
Lucy completed a master’s degree in physics at Lancaster university. Her master’s project focused on semiconductor devices for health and fitness monitoring.
During her time at university Lucy studied and conducted research in the areas of semiconductors, lasers and optics, thermodynamics and living systems.
On a personal note…
Lucy enjoys reading, going to the gym and is part of a rounders league. She enjoys traveling and has previously backpacked around Southeast Asia and interrailed through Europe.
